poppy seed porridge

This delicious recipe will give you 1 serving and the preparation time is 10 minutes.

Ingredients: 2 TBSP EMCO OAT FLAKES 100 ml coconut milk 1 tbsp ground poppy seeds

1 tbsp hemp seeds

20 g almond butter

50 G Créme Fraiche



Put the oat flakes and poppy and hemp seeds in a sealable container and mix.


Pour coconut milk over the dry mixture and mix in the crème fraîche thoroughly. Close the lid and leave it in the fridge overnight


In the morning, garnish with almond butter and strawberries
