Fruit and chocolate porridge

This delicious recipe will give you 2 serving and the preparation time is 10 minutes.



Ingredients: 4 TBSP EMCO OAT FLAKES 3 RIPE BANANAS 2 HANDFULS OF BLACKBERRIES / STRAWBERRIES / RASPBERRIES

2 HANDFULS OF GROUND FRESH MINT

MAPLE SYRUP ACCORDING TO TASTEE

PLANT MILK AS NEEDED

NUTS, FRUIT AND MINT TO GARNISH

Peel the banana, wash the fruit and place them together with the other ingredients in a blender.

Blend the ingredients until a smooth consistency is achieved. Add some milk depending on whether you want the mixture thicker or slightly runnier.


3.

Finally, drizzle with maple syrup and garnish with berries, nuts and a dash of fresh mint.
