This delicious recipe will give you 2 servings and the preparation time is 30 minutes.
Ingredients: 100 G EMCO OAT FLAKES 2 MEDIUM-SIZED RIPE PEARS 1 TBSP CANE SUGAR JUICE FROM 1/2 SMALL LEMON 1 WHOLE CINNAMON STICK 2 ALL SPICE BERRIES 1 STAR ANISE 1 L WATER 500 ML ALMOND MILK 10 G RICE SYRUP 5 G LINSEED (GRINDED) ALMOND FLAKES (DRY ROASTED) FRESH CANADIAN BLUEBERRIES SYRUP OR HONEY

Put the water, cane sugar, cinnamon, all spice, star anis and lemon juice in a small pot.
Add the pears (washed and peeled) and bring to the boil. Then cook the pears over a moderate heat for 15-20 minutes (or less depending on how ripe the fruit) until they soften.

Meanwhile, lightly toast the oat flakes in a dry pan. Add the linseed, pour in some rice syrup followed by milk and then mix together. Cook until thick, stirring all the while.

Transfer the porridge to a bowl. Dab the pears with a paper towel before placing on top of the porridge.
Garnish with almonds, blue-berries and linseed. Drizzle over some syrup or honey to taste.
