This perfect weekend´s breakfast recipe is for 6 waffles and the preparation
time is 1h 30 minutes.
Ingredients: 20 g EMCO OAT FLAKES, mixed 1 baking powder (12 g) 2 tbsp sugar
25 g melted butter
250 ml milk
Mix the milk, eggs and butter, add the mixed flakes mixed with sugar and baking powder and mix well.
Cover the bowl with foil and let it rest in the fridge for an hour. After an hour, take out the dough and mix it. The dough will be stiffer but that's normal. Feel free to add two tablespoons of milk if necessary.
Heat up the waffle maker, brush with butter and put 2 tablespoons of dough per waffle, bake for about 5 minutes, until brown and crispy
