Coconut porridge with mango puree

This delicious recipe will give you 1 serving and the preparation time is 15 minutes.


Ingredients: 50 G EMCO OAT FLAKES 180 ML COCONUT MILK FROM A CAN 3 TSP CANE SUGAR

PINCH OF GROUND VANILLA

1/2 RIPE MANGO

1 TBSP CHIA SEEDS

BLACK SESAME

MINT LEAVES

Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan. Add the oat flakes, ground vanilla and 3 teaspoons of sugar.


To balance out the taste, add a pinch of salt.

When the mixture thickens take it off the heat and pour into a glass. Sprinkle with a tablespoon of chia seeds.

Cut the mango into small pieces and liquidise. For a smoother consistency, you can add a teaspoon of coconut milk.

Pour the puree on the cooled porridge. Garnish with sliced mango, black sesame and mint leaves.


Finishing tip:

Prepare the porridge in the evening before and leave in the fridge overnight.
