Ingredients: 1 cup EMCO OAT FLAKES 1 cup of milk 1/2 cup of yogurt
1 tablespoons of cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of honey
fruits, yogurt

Mix the dry ingredients together first, then mix them with all the others.
